In these very uncertain times I am sure that every one of us has experienced some level of stress and/or anxiety over the last few weeks, whether it be due to the challenges of home schooling, worries of lost income, or having to work in front line jobs. What if I told you you could help reduce that stress and ease some of the anxiety by learning this simple yet effective hand reflexology sequence?
Reflexology melts away tension, rebalances your body, and simply gives you space to breathe so you can find some calm amongst the commotion. Is it the same experience as receiving a treatment from me? No. Is it just as beneficial to your overall wellbeing? Most definitely yes!
I will guide you through a 25 minute reflexology sequence focusing on stress and anxiety relief. The easily learnt steps will be demonstrated via video to ensure that you have the best possible view while I talk you through the moves, watching to make sure that you carry them out correctly. There will be plenty of time during the workshop to ask questions and ensure you are confident to continue using the techniques going forward.
After the workshop you will receive a comprehensive handout to reference when carrying out a treatment on your own.
Reflexology is suitable for all ages. If you would like to use what you learn on your children, I can advise you after the workshop on how to adapt them to suit.
