Cancellation Policy

I have a minimum of 48hr cancellation policy in place, please be aware that I reserve the right to charge the full treatment cost if less than 48hrs notice is given. I do appreciate that emergencies crop up from time to time though, and that appointments have to be cancelled, and charges will be made at my discretion.
